Data collected
When you use our estimate form or our contact channels, we collect only the information strictly needed to handle your request:
- Identity (last name, first name)
- Contact details (phone, email)
- Vehicle data (brand, model, year, mileage, condition, target price)
- Any additional information you freely provide
Purposes of processing
Your data is used exclusively to:
- Reply to your estimate, purchase or information request
- Set up a consignment mandate or a sales contract
- Contact you as part of our commercial follow-up
- Comply with our legal and tax obligations
We do not sell, rent or transfer your data to any third party for commercial purposes.
Retention period
Prospect data is kept for 24 months after the last contact. Client data (sellers or buyers) is kept for 10 years, in compliance with Swiss accounting obligations.
Your rights
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the GDPR for EU residents, you have a right of access, rectification, erasure, opposition and portability over your data.

Cookies
Our site uses a minimal number of cookies, in two categories:
